Harvest: early September

Vinification: the whole bunches are softly pressed. The must thus obtained, after a few hours, is decanted. The decanted must is ready for alcoholic fermentation. The alcoholic fermentation lasts approximately 12 days and is carried out at a temperature of 16°C. Malolactic fermentation and refinement: Bianco Guardiola refines with its own lees for at least 5 months.

Tasting notes: The crisp pear announces a scent of white flowers with a perceptible nuance of geranium.
The first sip is accompanied by a light note of grapefruit, a dry, fresh and mineral wine, dynamic, with a long almond finish. Best served: with on the table both with the grill and with long preparations
