Vinification: Soft pressing and racking are followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature (17°C) for approximately 10 days.
Tasting notes: A complex flavour, particularly fresh, with a flavor that tends towards minerality, ending with fruity notes
Best served with: goes well with fish dishes
