Soil: Medium clay texture, shallow and with good presence of skeleton.
Harvest: early September
Vinification: A part of the mass is pressed
cold softening of the grapes, on the remaining part a bleeding of the must after 12 hours from the start of maceration. I must like this obtained are combined and fermented in steel at 14°C with yeasts selected.
Tasting notes: Crystalline pale pink colour; perfume intense with notes of cherry, rose and pomegranate. On the palate it is a wine of good body, fresh and balanced.
Serving temperature: 10/12 °C
