Production area: Vineyards facing south/south-east in the municipalities of Morro d’Oro and Notaresco in the province of Teramo
Soil: Clayey soil slightly alkaline.
Harvest: First ten days of October.
Vinification: The soft pressing is followed by cold maceration for approximately 24 hours 10°C. After soft pressing, the must is left to decant for 36 hours, before be decanted and left to ferment at a temperature of 18°C. The wine, after a couple of months of conservation on the fine lees, it is decanted and then bottled; follows bottle refinement.
Tasting notes: The color is straw yellow. The scent recalls pleasant floral and fruity notes of apple and pear. When tasted it is fresh, characterized by fruity aftertaste, it is a highly drinkable wine.
Best served with: It goes well with fish dishes
